He also has extensive experience in the preparation of forensic reports, the preparation of expert opinions and the prevention and investigation of fraud.
He actively participates in the valuation of companies and in M&A transactions for family-owned Spanish companies and has extensive experience in solving complex family situations due to a lack of succession or leadership.
He is currently a Managing Partner in the areas of consulting and Audit&Assurance at the Firm.
He has taught in the Master of Audit at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos for 10 years and in Management Accounting at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for 5 years.
