Financial Auditing

Financial auditing is performed by the Grosclaude & Partners SLP company, with the registered office and TIN mentioned in the following section.

Grosclaude & Partners SLP is legally authorized to provide financial auditing services by virtue of its registration (under number S0442) with the Official Registry of Accounting Auditors (ROAC) under the Accounting and Audit Institute (ICAC), a body under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economy. The ICAC is the supervising body for the financial auditing profession in Spain.

Similarly, Grosclaude & Partners SLP is registered with the Registry of Economist Auditors (REA).

The norms that regulate this profession in Spain are basically contained in Law 19/1988, of July 12, on Audit of Accounts, in its working Regulation approved by RD 1636/1990, of December 20, and in the Technical Standards of Audit published by Resolution of the ICAC of January 3, 1991.
