Miguel Ángel advises companies and investors on M&A transactions in the Spanish lower-middle market. Miguel Ángel has extensive experience in valuing companies, designing and structuring transactions, assisting with financings and debt restructurings, and providing other financial and strategic advice.
His analytical skills and ability to work in different scenarios have allowed him to participate in complex valuation and sale processes during his experience at the firm.
