Juan is a Senior Advisor within the Corporate Finance practice of our Firm.
Through his career, Juan advised in corporate transactions worth +$20 bn, while having advised in financing deals with a combined value of +$5 bn, across southern Europe, LatAm and the US.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was Partner at Deloitte and Head of Corporate Finance for the LatAm region (excluded Mexico, Brazil and Chile) and Non-Executive Director at Astrea Acquisition Corp, a $172 m SPAC listed on NASDAQ.
He was also Head of Corporate Finance at GBS Finanzas Investment Bankers (a partner of Bear Stearns & Co.), a leading independent investment bank specialising in corporate finance and wealth management advisory with offices in Spain, USA, China, Portugal, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru and Brazil.
